How do I check the status of my order or track a shipment?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your order ships with tracking information. We'll also let you know when your order has been delivered. That's what we like to call hat trick service!

When entering shipping and billing address please be sure to have all information entered correctly and complete. If the cardholder’s bank doesn’t recognize the billing address the payment may not process. How do I use a promotion/coupon code?
At checkout there will be a box for you to enter a discount code that will be applied to your order. Only one discount code is allowed per order.
How is sales tax calculated?
We charge all applicable sales taxes as regulated by state, provincial, and federal governing regulations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed the next business day (excluding weekend) and depending on the product selection (some of our items are very unique and take time to hand-craft in our Duluth, Minnesota wood shop) lead times may vary. Do you ship international?
We only ship to Canada for a low fixed rate with USPS Priority Mail.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes thru the US Postal Service.
